The Church of Welaka is seeking an Associate Pastor. This is an opportunity to serve under a seasoned Pastor (over 40+ years in pulpit) as you are being prepared to take over the flock. Bi-vocational, part time position, 15-20 hours per week. This is a transitional position with a 1-2 year plan to move into the Lead Pastor position.
